Annual report 2024 of the Social Security Centre
The Social Security Centre (Centre commun de la sécurité sociale - CCSS) publishes its 2024 annual report, reflecting a year marked by continuity in its commitments and enhanced services for users.
The annual report highlights key events and developments over the past year, during which internal processes were further strengthened, operational efficiency was enhanced, and services became even more accessible and aligned with user expectations.
Here are some key figures that illustrate the concrete implementation of CCSS's strategic objectives, particularly in terms of digitalisation and administrative simplification.
Social security contributions:
- A total of €8.21 billion in contributions was collected, representing a 0.35% increase compared to 2023 (€8.18 billion).
Digitalisation:
- 189,527 affiliation certificates were generated online via MyGuichet.lu;
- The page for ordering an affiliation certificate on ccss.lu recorded 142,630 visits;
- 7,581 account statements were sent via MyGuichet.lu, a 28.6% increase compared to 2023 (5,489 account statements).
These figures reflect CCSS's commitment to making its services more accessible, efficient, and user-focused.
